In recent years, Environmental Protection Administration has achieved preliminary results in promoting the recycling of inorganic waste products and sand substitutes. In order to enhance the willingness of engineering parties to use recycled aggregates, EPA have compiled a number of construction outline specifications and developed relevant user manuals. In year 2019, series of annual plans and overall policy planning direction, in addition to continuing to cooperate with the inspection of the construction outline specifications, also for the incineration of recycled grain material announcement purposes, selected "Chapter 02742 asphalt concrete paving" and "Chapter 03410 factory precast concrete components" specifications for revision, and compilation of the draft manual on the use of plastic tiles for incinerated recycled grains, hoping continue to promote the application of recycled grains in public works construction. In 2019, EPA continuously promote the application of inorganic waste resource products to the harbor area project results, for the project has been promoted to continue to carry out perimeter soil, water environmental monitoring, the test results are lower than the corresponding standard value, for the implementation of the project before the use of particle testing, test results are also lower than the corresponding standard value. In the pilot planning of waste resource-based products as backfill materials for harbor area projects, through foreign experience to plan the feasible plan for our country, and to develop "inorganic waste resource-based products as the project pilot plan for backfill materials for harbor area projects", planning with a small pilot plan, hoping promote the use of recycled grain in the harbor area project.
